Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager opportunity include:

- 5+ years of project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Project Management
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and Construction Industry software
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or other BIM software
- Analyze blueprints and documentation to estimate time, cost, materials, and labor for bidding on projects
- Select, hire, and oversee trade contractors and general contractors
- Schedule and coordinate design activities throughout the construction process
- Work with management to ensure projects are completed within a specified time as directed by the schedule
- Oversee the delivery of materials, construction tools and equipment
- Obtain the necessary licenses or permits required for project completion
- Ensure all safety precautions are adhered to by construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers

Salary: $105,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health insurance, PTO, 401k with company match, flexible schedule, as well as a monthly car and phone allowance of about $1,200 per month.
