The Manufacturing Engineer will analyze the product manufacturing process to determine the equipment, tools, and processes needed to achieve the company’s manufacturing goals.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Engineer opportunity include:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (selecting equipment, doing layout design, setting up equipment, training the lead assemblers on usage, creating user manuals, etc.) is preferred
- Knowledge and general proficiency with CAD software
- Proficiency with Microsoft office
- Understanding of quality documentation requirements
- Experience in electrical rotating equipment (motors/generators specifically), VA/VE, Savings, Lean, 5S, and Kaizen is a plus
- Ensure the accuracy and availability of engineering documents, drawings, specifications, and change notices
- Develop and maintain comprehensive operator work instructions and process documentation
- Strategize, design, and optimize processes to not only meet but surpass customer requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing labor and material costs, improving layout and material flow, implementing error-proofing measures, adopting new technologies, and enhancing product design

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus annual bonus opportunities.
