Qualifications and responsibilities for this Assistant Construction Manager opportunity include:

- 1+ years of wood framing experience on multifamily or commercial projects
- Knowledge of software such as Excel, PlanSwift, Procore, AutoCAD, etc.
- Construction Management degree or equivalent experience
- Manage and utilize construction management software for various tasks such as submittal exchange, contracts, SOV's (Schedule of Values), and ASI's (Architect's Supplemental Instructions)
- Create and organize digital project folders to ensure efficient document management
- Supervise hardware submittals, orders, and communications to maintain smooth operations
- Generate, print, and ensure timely delivery of layouts, plans, punch books, and other relevant documents
- Analyze proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents to determine labor, material, and time requirements
- Prepare detailed reports or bids for submission to the appropriate parties
- Compute project costs by evaluating labor, material, and time requirements
- Establish and maintain panel shop and job site schedules for effective project coordination

Salary: $55,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
