We are looking for a skilled, growth-minded Quality Control Inspector to join an OEM parts manufacturer who specializes in custom linear actuators for the medical, aerospace, automotive, and industrial industries. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Quality Control Inspector opportunity include:

- 3-7 years of experience as a Quality Control Inspector or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in inspecting parts using micrometers and height gauges
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering prints and technical documents
- Must understand mechanical inspections, assembly processes, geometric tolerancing
- Familiarity with Mil-Q-Standards and ISO-9000 quality standards
- Prior experience in the medical industry or with OEM Actuators is preferred
- Read and interpret engineering prints and technical documents to verify product specifications
- Conduct mechanical inspections of various components, assemblies, and finished products
- Operate and maintain Mazak, Mori Seiki, and Hitachi CNC machines, lathes, and mills (2-axis systems) for inspection purposes
- Identify and communicate any non-conforming parts or products and initiate appropriate corrective actions
- Document inspection results, maintain accurate records, and generate quality control reports

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
