Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plumber opportunity include:

- Valid plumbing license/certification
- Experience as a plumber in commercial or industrial settings
- Extensive knowledge of plumbing codes, best practices, and regulations
- Proficiency with installing plumbing systems and fixtures
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Familiarity with stainless steel, copper, polypropylene, PVC, and CPVC
- Perform installation of pipes and fixtures in commercial, industrial, and municipal buildings
- Complete under slab plumbing installations with precise pipe and fixture placement
- Install a wide range of plumbing systems and equipment, including water systems, sanitary and storm systems, lab gas piping, compressed air systems, pumps, water heaters, and more

• Keep accurate records of work, materials, and project timelines
• Collaborate with team members from different trades to coordinate MEP installations
• Conduct repairs and troubleshooting of plumbing systems

Salary: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
