We are looking for a skilled, growth-minded CNC Operator to join an OEM parts manufacturer who specializes in custom linear actuators for the medical, aerospace, automotive, and industrial industries. Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Operator position include:

- 3-7 years of experience as a CNC Operator
- Proficient in setting up and operating Mazak, Mori Seiki, and Hitachi machines, lathes and mills, and 2-axis machines
- Strong knowledge of manual programming and G&M codes
- Familiarity with running shafts, nuts, and worms, as well as changing dimensions
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with the medical industry and OEM manufacturing is preferred
- Perform routine machine maintenance, including changing inserts, adjusting offsets, and ensuring proper machine functioning
- Adjust machine settings to achieve desired dimensions and quality of finished products
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor operational issues, such as tool wear or machine malfunctions
- Perform quality checks on finished products using appropriate measuring tools and equipment
- Document production activities, including materials used, production rates, and any issues encountered

Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
