Noble Thermodynamics is looking for a passionate and climate-motivated Sr. Process Piping Engineer to actively participate and be eager to become a key contributor and engineering leader in the R&D of our advanced power generation technology. In this role, you will be responsible for the innovative design and integration of critical sub-systems (power generation, carbon capture, etc.) to realize the company’s core technology. You will follow best practices, devising PFD & P&ID with a focus on design for assembly to achieve the best outcomes. You will be expected to work independently, implementing the engineering method across all aspects of your work. You will work closely with other modeling, electrical, control, and test engineers to cost-effectively create and validate detailed process specifications and operation characteristics following the engineering design process. You will also be responsible for generating engineering documents (PFDs, P&IDs, FDS, GAs, etc) and interfacing with external partners. In this role, you will face two distinct environments: an R&D environment with highly custom demands; and an industrial environment, well standardized, with built-to-last demands.
