As a Project Architect, you'll play a vital role in all project phases, contributing from start to finish. We are seeking a technically oriented Architect who can seamlessly transition projects from the design phase to construction, ensuring meticulous oversight of document production, budgeting, and scheduling. You will be the lead for construction document production, collaborating closely with our Design Architects and coordinating with the project team's engineers.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Architect opportunity include:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or an equivalent field
- Registered Architect
- 5+ years of architectural experience (public work experience is a plus)
- Work independently on document production and take the lead when necessary, managing multiple projects (2-3 at a time) to ensure milestones and production timelines are met
- Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as rendering programs and MS Office is required
- Projects include University/Higher Education, K12 Education, Health Facilities, Community Centers, Municipal, and more

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
