Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a skilled Transportation Engineer 4 to serve as the Project Programming Engineer in the Local Programs Division. Under the supervision of the Federal Authorization & Reporting Engineer, this position will serve as a program specialist providing detailed reviews and analysis of capital project documentation related to all transportation projects funded through the Local Programs Division. This position independently conducts reviews of Local Agency agreements, Project Prospectuses, Federal Aid Agreements, and all supporting documentation. These duties support the mission of our organization by helping to implement our Stewardship Agreement with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) in overseeing Federal Aid projects for the local agencies of Washington State.
