Your responsibilities:

• Compile and analyze data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive codes to enhance the user experience
• Recording data and reporting it to proper parties, such as clients or leadership
• Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members
• Taking lead on projects, as needed
• Meeting with Development Managers to discuss software projects
• Conducting feasibility studies for upgraded software systems
• Assigning tasks to junior developers such as coding, testing, debugging, and analytics
• Reviewing updated software systems

What we’re looking for:

• At least 5 years full-stack development experience
• Extensive knowledge in JavaScript and Typescript (experience in frameworks such as React and Next.js)
• Proficiency in CSS and HTML (knowledge and experience building accessible webpages compliant with WAI-ARIA)
• Cloud architecture, security, and compliance experience
• Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), Terraform
• OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, Identity Providers
• REST APIs, API Gateways
• Agile, Scrum, CI/CD
• Knowledge in Python
• SQL (eg: MySQL, Postgres) and NoSQL databases (eg: MongoDB)
• Good understanding and use of Open Source Software
• Git, Github
• Knowledge in Rust. Experience with Solana rust SDKS is good
• Experience and good knowledge on Solidity
• Familiar with good web3 development security practices
• Understanding in EVMs and decentralized technologies
• Mandatory professional level of English
