We are currently seeking a dedicated CNC Programmer to join our Operations Team in New Kensington. As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in producing high-quality parts that meet customer specifications while adhering to cost standards. In this role, you will be responsible for developing programs by writing code to operate CNC mills, routers, and lasers, as well as setting up and operating CNC machines.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Programmer opportunity include:

- Extensive experience in operating and setting up CNC turning lathes
- Familiarity with turning tooling and knowledge of metal cutting parameters
- Proficiency in machine controls, program codes, fixtures and tool offsets, and CNC systems
- Ability to interpret and utilize gauges and inspection equipment
- Solid understanding of machining factors such as speed, feed, and coolant flow
- Experience with multi-axis CNC milling and Swiss CNC machines preferred
- Proficiency in Solidworks and MasterCAM or equivalent CAD/CAM Packages
- Previous experience assisting quotations and cycle time simulations preferred
- Prove-out new CNC programs and processes
- Evaluate first piece inspection reports and make necessary changes
- Detect and address malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining
- Monitor general quality and workmanship standards

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
