Qualifications and responsibilities for this Millwright Crew Foreman position include:

- Must have experience in building, and service in Agriculture related storage facilities and river ports
- Knowledge of safety protocols
- Fabrication skills required
- Must be capable of running multiple skill leveled individuals, following construction schedule and coordinating with project manager
- Assemble drag conveyors, belt conveyors, commercial down spouts, familiar with drives for material handling equipment, bucket elevators, capable of working at heights, proper use of PPE, familiar with cranes and rigging, metal fabrication, arc welding, and blue print capabilities
- Will be responsible for a millwright crew of 5 people
- Responsible for taking time for crew, managing crew, tracking and sending in receipts from company credit cards, and on-site safety of crew
- Crew truck and tool trailer stocking and re-inventory when materials or consumables are used
- Travel is a must but crews are rotated in at least every other weekend
- Job location home base Jonesboro, AR

Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus end of year bonuses.
