Offering a broad range of renovation services, from exterior stucco and concrete to interior paint and millwork, this firm has made its mark on countless high-rise condominiums around the Miami-Dade area.

Qualifications and Responsibilities for this Estimator opportunity include:

- Previous experience as an Estimator, with a focus on both interior and exterior projects.
- Strong knowledge of general construction and renovation practices.
- Familiarity with estimating software and tools; proficiency in software of choice.
- Thorough understanding of exterior elements such as facades, painting, masonry, concrete, stucco, windows and doors, and waterproofing.
- Proficiency in estimating interior elements including MEP, drywall, millwork, flooring, doors, framing, and painting.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel to project sites within the tri-county areas, mainly Broward and Dade counties.
- Keep track of market trends, labor rates, and material costs to ensure accurate pricing.
- Provide detailed quantity takeoffs, cost breakdowns, and cost analysis reports.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, project meetings, and discussions with clients to clarify project requirements.

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
