This growing construction company is looking for a Superintendent to join our team in Owatonna. The Superintendent is responsible for all on-site construction, field service of Multi-Family and Hospitality construction projects, including but not limited to coordinating subcontractors, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Superintendent position include:

- Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience, thorough knowledge of tradesMust have modular or multi-family experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, and Bluebeam is required
- Must be familiar with government agencies and regulations relating to construction and land development, as well as building codes
- Construction Management or related degree a plus
- Manage and direct modular site representatives, including punch list, repair, and warranty tasks
- Create and update two-week and four-week look-ahead schedules for on-site activities
- Schedule technicians, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate work schedules and inspections with local jurisdictions and subcontractor trades
- Conduct weekly project meetings and safety meetings, fostering effective communication
- Perform quality control duties, assign work, and ensure adequate manpower for tasks
- Communicate with the project team regarding ASIs, RFIs, and material submittals
- Oversee subcontractors to ensure compliance with contracted scopes of work.
- Utilize Procore site management software efficiently for enhanced project management

Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
