Salesforce Inc. seeks Senior Manager, Software Engineering in Bellevue, WA:

Job Duties: Drive the execution and delivery of features by collaborating with crossfunctional groups. Make critical decisions that attribute to the success of the technical product. Foresee technical issues and resolve them before they happen. Serve as a multiplier and support the team and team members’ success. Provide technical guidance, career development, and mentoring to team members. Maintain high morale and motivate the delivery team to go above and beyond. Participate in cross-functional coordination, planning, and reviews with leads from other engineering teams. Telecommuting is an option.

Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and three (3) years of experience in the field of software engineering/program analysis or three (3) years of experience in the job offered OR Bachelor’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of software engineering/program analysis or five (5) years of experience in the job offered.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) AWS ; (2) Java; (3) RESTful; (4) SQL; (5) JavaScript; (6) HTML; (7) C; (8) Agile and Scrum methodologies; (9)Software development life cycle and; (10) Experience as Engineering, Manager (2 years) Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Education, experience and criminal background checks will be conducted. Telecommuting is an option.

Salary: $211,141.00 - $253,552.00 per annum.
