Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Estimator position include:

- 5+ years of experience in a combination of estimating and project management
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred
- Experience estimating commercial construction projects ranging from $50K to $15M
- Must be proficient with Excel
- Working knowledge of estimating technology and tools such as OST, QB, ProEst
- Experience with Job Order Contracting (JOC) using Gordian and 4Clicks
- Applicant must be familiar with both conceptual and self-perform estimating
- Design-Build experience is strongly preferred
- Review proposal specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate
- Prepare discipline estimates by calculating complete takeoff of scope of work
- Utilize estimating software to develop a comprehensive project estimate
- Communicate and collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers in support of quotations
- Identify and assess risk issues, communicate design-related problems, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance requirements

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
