Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Landscape Designer position include:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited college or university
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional work experience in landscape architecture
- Experience working in AutoCAD, MicroStation, or other similar CAD software
- Train, coach, motivate, and support a team of 4-5 Landscape Designers as needed
- Collaborate with Project Managers to share best practices, provide ideas to improve processes, and innovate products/services
- Ability to conceptualize across a broad range of scales and project types, from master planned communities to urban environments at a planning level and detailed site design level
- Draw, edit, and illustrate designs through a mix of media types
- Develop and edit scaled landscape plans using AutoCAD and other software products, such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Expertise in regional landscape planning and management requirements, including the use of native plants and elements and local landscape ordinances
- Oversee project deliverables to ensure on-time delivery, as well as monitor project budgets

Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus quarterly bonus opportunities.
