Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager position include:

- 15+yrs project management experience in multi-family and/or mixed use ground up and renovation construction
- Must have knowledge and experience with Type 1,3,5 Construction – Wood frame, Concrete, and/or Steel
- Degree in Construction Management or Structural Engineering preferred
- Experience with Procore or other relevant project manager software
- Responsible for providing regular project updates and progress reports directly to the owner
- Will be overseeing multi-family projects with budgets ranging from $5 million to $20 million

Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
