Qualifications and responsibilities for this Assistant Project Manager position include:

- Must have experience with Roofing construction (shingle and flat roof), Facade and Building Envelope or Cladding is a plus
- Procore, Beam360, Bluebeam software experience is desired. Will work with the Clients preferred software as required
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
- Assist with preconstruction process, submittals, RFI / RFQ, and coordinate with Superintendents
- Monitor and ensure materials are available for Superintendents, and assist with any correspondence between field crew and office or client / 3rd party

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
