Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a Transportation Technician 3 to directly support the agency’s mission by performing various material tests and pavement coring for design and construction projects across the region. This is an in-training position, allowing candidates to be considered at the Transportation Technician 1, 2, or 3 level depending upon their qualifications. Candidates who qualify at the 1 or 2 level will enter a formal in-training plan that offers a career path to the Transportation Technician 3 level through on-the-job training and development.
