Qualifications and responsibilities for this Purchasing Manager position include:

- 10 years' experience with procurement and/or contract negotiation in custom luxury homebuilding or residential construction industries
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Excel experience required. Working knowledge of SAGE accounting software preferred
- Familiarity with reading blueprints and job cost accounting
- Able to work within a PO (Purchase Order) system
- Management of vendors, trade partners, costs and strategic supply chain activities
- Oversee hiring and qualification of trade partners and suppliers, and negotiate contracts and pricing
- Ensure collection and updating of necessary documentation from trade partners
- Coordinate procurement of custom products, manage storage space, and maintain internal records

Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
