Qualifications and responsibilities for this Estimator position include:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Science, or related field
- 2 – 5 years of construction estimating experience required
- Natural Stone, Tile and Marble materials experience is required.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Analyze documents from contractors/clients to determine project scope and organize project pricing
- Identify stone items from architects/designer drawings for quantities measurements
- Research and select stone suppliers for pricing inquiries and establish supply and manufacturing budgets
- Estimate project budget and prepare quotation by completing pricing schedule matrix with unit rates for each item
- Prepare required pricing documents for submission, including clarification notes, marked up scope drawings, draft program, and materials' schedule
- Organize showroom and deliver samples and arrange stone samples

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
