Qualifications and responsibilities for this Transportation Engineer position include:

- B.S. in Civil Engineering
- 8 - 10 years’ transportation engineering experience
- Project Engineer (PE) license in Florida required
- Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities within budget and schedule parameters to achieve project goals
- Prepare project proposals, contracts, and financial plans, including budgeting and billing forecasts
- Coordinate project teams, communicate with stakeholders, and maintain project documentation, ensuring efficient organization and archiving of files
- Oversee and coordinate the work of design engineers and technicians, provide mentorship and hands-on assistance, identifying and resolving project roadblocks, staying updated on design manuals and procedures, and attending seminars for skill enhancement
- Manage quality assurance

Salary: $83,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
