Job description

Seureca is seeking a full-time Team Leader for a project in the Kingdom of Eswatini (formerly Swaziland) to develop a National Water Supply, Sanitation and Hygiene Master Plan.
The duration of the assignment is 18 months and the Team Leader shall be based in Eswatini.
 

Main goal

He/she will be in charge of the overall management of the studies in terms of priorities and content, ensuring overall coherence of approach, ensuring adequacy to the needs, the objectives and purposes of the Consultancy and delivering timely quality outputs.

What we look for in your profile

SEURECA is looking for a TEAM LEADER IN WATER & SANITATION with the following minimum requirements:
Education:
-At least a MSc degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Water Supply specialization or another relevant topic.
- A PhD in a relevant topic would be an advantage
General working experience :
Minimum of 15 years of working experience in a similar role of comparable size and complexity. Experience in Infrastructure planning particularly in experience in water supply planning and projects in developing countries minimum. 
Experience with integrated water supply, sanitation and hygiene planning approaches required. Prior experience in utilizing decision making under deep uncertainty (DMDU) approaches/methodologies required.
