Qualifications and responsibilities for this Landscape Project Manager position include:

- Minimum 2 years landscaping experience required
- 1 year of construction project management experience required
- Experience with Excel and QuickBooks preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
- Mostly single-family residential projects, some multi-family
- Ability to engage with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers to establish a cohesive relationship and coordinate job schedules
- Manage Subcontractors to ensure jobs are performed on time, within budget, safely, and of quality standards of the company
- Perform jobsite checks to ensure scope of work and quality
- Expedite material deliveries according to project schedule requirements
- Review and approve material/equipment Invoices according to the project budget

Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus annual bonus opportunities.
