Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager include:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering required
- 5 years of concrete construction experience required
- Proficient with MS Excel, MS Project, and Bluebeam
- Knowledge of Tekla preferred
- Develop and manage project schedule, sequence, and logistics plans
- Oversee shop drawing and detailing processes (rebar, post-tension, formwork, layout, etc.) and check for quality
- Negotiate contract agreements with clients
- Manage purchase orders and subcontracts, contract change orders, submittal process, and RFI’s

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus annual bonus opportunities.
