A well-established, family-owned home builder based out of Phoenix Arizona, and working all over the state, is seeking a skilled Superintendent to oversee all on site construction for the communities we build in Flagstaff and surrounding areas. You will have access to both an Assistant Superintendent, as well as office admin for all project needs. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Superintendent position include:

- Minimum 4 years’ experience with multi-family residential projects
- Must have experience working with a third-party inspector
- Experience with coordinating and supervising all construction activities, including infrastructure and homebuilding
- Prepare schedules and supervise final punch lists
- Must have a detailed understanding of construction drawings
- Any utility experience is a plus but not required
- Manage all aspects of the homebuilding process according to company's quality standards
- Adhere to established budgets, plans, scopes of work specifications, maintain construction schedule, effectively lead on-site community personnel and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
- Oversee the completion of all warranty and customer service issues while adhering to budgets and providing the level of service necessary to achieve the company's established customer service goals

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health insurance, 2 weeks PTO, and a company car allowance of $400 - $500 per month.
