Qualifications for this Project Architect position include:

- B.Arch. or M.Arch. degree from a NAAB-accredited program
- NC Licensed Architect or ability to become licensed in the state of North Carolina within 6 months of hire
- 3 - 5 years of experience as a licensed architect, leading design projects with significant client and user interface
- Proficiency with AutoDesk Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office; visualization skills are a plus
- Thorough knowledge of relevant codes, operations, and trends
- Experience providing sustainable design solutions
- LEED Accreditation is preferred
- K-12 experience is a plus

Salary: $70,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
