The Director of Surveying will be responsible for site design and surveying for private land development projects.

Qualifications for this Director of Surveying position include:

- Must have a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Maryland, with licenses in Delaware and D.C. being a huge plus
- Must have experience with Alta and Boundary surveys
- Experience with single family subdivisions, hospitality, schools, assisted living, etc.
- Knowledge of Civil 3D, Topcon, and Trimble

Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus potential.
