Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechatronics Engineer position include:

- Bachelor's degree, Technical Degree, or equivalent of experience in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Automation Engineering or related fields
- 3+ years of experience in industrial automation and control systems design and implementation
- Demonstrated experience developing manufacturing test fixtures and in process test systems to ensure product performance and quality
- Proficiency with electromechanical systems
- Experience with programming software such as Python, C++, LabVIEW, and MATLAB
- Certifications in Six Sigma and Lean are a plus
- Familiarity with common manufacturing processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance electro-mechanical systems for new products, meeting global standards and requirements
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal operations throughout the prototype building to production launch stages, ensuring smooth transition and successful implementation of automation systems

Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus an annual bonus.
