We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our commercial and industrial electrical construction firm in the Dallas-Fort Worth area! Qualifications and responsibilities for this Business Development Manager position include:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related field
- Background in construction, with electrical experience highly preferred
- Willingness to travel locally within the DFW area
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to increase revenue and market share
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other methods
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay informed on industry trends and best practices
- Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports
- Maintain strong customer relationships, promote services to potential customers, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project delivery

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, plus commission.
