Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a Transportation Technical Engineer to serve as the Special Services Program Manager for the I-405/SR167 Program in Bellevue, WA. Under the supervision of the Procurement Engineering Manager, the Special Services Program Manager ensures highway construction projects are in compliance with the contract documents and documented accurately in a timely manner. This position leads and manages engineering field office with oversight, management, and resolution of complicated issues and claims, and contract compliance with federal and state laws, guidelines, and directives.
