Responsibilities:
• Planning, designing and implementing network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points
• Ensuring the proper functioning of network systems and addressing any potential faults or issues as they arise
• Conducting regular network assessments to identify potential problems and proactively addressing them
• Maintaining network security by implementing and monitoring appropriate security protocols and configuring firewalls
• Managing network access and permissions, ensuring that users have appropriate access to resources and information
• Providing support to end-users for network-related problems and issues
• Collaborating with other IT professionals to ensure that the network is integrated with other systems and software
• Maintaining documentation of network systems and processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in network engineering
• Strong knowledge of network security protocols and best practices
• Experience with network diagnostic and analysis tools
• Solid understanding of routing and switching protocols
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CISSP would be a plus.
