The ideal HVAC Service Technician will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing residential HVAC systems.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Service Technician include:

- 5 - 8 years of residential HVAC experience
- Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on residential HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency
- Provide accurate cost estimates for repairs, replacements, and additional services, and guide homeowners through the decision-making process
- Ensure all service calls are documented accurately, including work performed, parts used, and any recommendations for future maintenance or upgrades
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices through continuous learning and professional development
- Collaborate closely with homeowners to understand their specific HVAC needs, answer questions, and provide expert recommendations
- 8:00 am-5:00 pm schedule

Salary: $75,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and uncapped commission.
