The preferred Senior Process Engineer ideally would have a stable employment history with long tenure across previous positions. They will work with Quality, Sales and other functions to implement new production processes, improve existing production processes, and develop and improve plating processes in support of plant operations.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Process Engineer position include:

- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Physics or equivalent
- 5 - 10 years of manufacturing engineering experience; plating experience desired
- Experience with automation, aerospace, defense, or medical
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Manage new product introduction, new process introduction, and existing process improvement
- Form and lead cross-functional teams including platers and line operators
- Use 8D problem solving and statistical methods
- Ensure all assigned processes and related activities are performed safely in compliance with company policies and federal, state and local regulations
- Develop written project plans, and conduct regular project meetings

Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a performance-based bonus.
