As a Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for creating accurate cost estimates and competitive bids for ground-up and tenant improvement projects in the retail sector.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Estimator position include:

- 3-5 years of experience in construction estimating, with a focus on ground-up and tenant improvement projects in the retail sector, including fast food restaurants and gas stations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Review construction drawings and specifications to develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment required for projects
- Create accurate estimates
- Conduct on-site visits to determine site conditions and assess potential risks that could impact project costs
- Evaluate bids received from subcontractors and vendors, ensuring they meet project requirements and budget constraints
- Analyze project costs and create detailed project budgets, identifying areas where cost savings can be achieved without compromising project quality or safety
- Prepare and submit competitive bid proposals and manage bid negotiation processes with clients.
- Continuously monitor construction industry trends and pricing to ensure cost estimates remain accurate and competitive

Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
