A premier roofing contractor in Central Florida is seeking a Roofing Production Manager to join their team in Zephyrhills. This family-owned and operated company has been in business for over 40 years, specializing in roof replacements, roof repairs, and new construction.

The ideal Roofing Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, from job start-up to completion for residential and commercial projects.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Production Manager position include:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential roofing
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the roofing industry
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and other computer software programs
- Schedule jobs and assign crews to ensure timely project completion
- Maintain and enforce quality control standards
- Perform job start-up activities, including pre-job site inspections, equipment and material delivery coordination, and crew mobilization
- Monitor job progress and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate job records including daily production logs, materials usage, and time sheets

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
