We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our well-established team in New London, CT. With an excellent reputation for quality, safety, and transparency, this general contracting, design-build, and construction management firm has the capacity to bond and drive large-scale projects from $50,000 to over $15 million.

The ideal Superintendent will oversee the construction of commercial, industrial, and municipal projects throughout Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Superintendent position include:

- 10+ years of experience in commercial and industrial construction
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project Team construction management software
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Ensure every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards
- Review and approve subcontractor invoices and change orders
- Provide regular progress updates to project managers and other stakeholders
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily logs, inspection reports, and punch lists
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential issues or risks

Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
