The ideal Professional Land Surveyor will collect field data for as-built surveys using GPS and robotic total station methods, process data using office software, prepare construction stakeout data, and stakeout site features using GPS and robotic total station methods.

Qualifications for this Professional Land Surveyor position include:

- Minimum 2 years of work experience in Land Surveying with an engineering/surveying firm, developer, builder, or excavation company in Pennsylvania
- Professional Land Surveyor License (PLS) or Surveyor-In-Training (LSIT) certification
- Prior experience with field and office software is required
- Part 107 sUAS pilot license is a plus, but not required

Salary: $100,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus performance incentives.
