Are you an experienced Construction Estimator looking to join a company with a reputation for excellence? This well-established Construction Cost-Consulting firm is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Estimator to join their team in Armonk, NY. With over 30 years of experience in renovation, restoration, rehabilitation, and new construction, we regularly estimate over 300 projects per year.

The ideal Construction Estimator will be working on ground-up and renovation projects in the large commercial, healthcare, and educational sectors. You will produce accurate quantity takeoffs and material pricing, as well as estimate labor, material, and equipment costs for all projects.

Qualifications for this Construction Estimator position include:

- 5+ years of experience in the construction industry
- Must have experience with Excel
- Experience with construction estimating software such as PlanSwift, Sage/Timberline, Success, or ProEst a plus
- Detailed estimating experience in all general construction trades, including concrete, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, drywall, utilities, etc.
- MEP experience is a plus

Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience, as well as bonus potential.
