The ideal Superintendent will be responsible for managing multiple projects at once, ranging from fully-custom luxury homes to renovations. They should also have a deep understanding of construction plans and specifications and have a good relationship with sub-contractors.

Qualifications for this Superintendent opportunity include:

- Minimum 5 years of experience managing residential construction projects from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of construction plans and specifications
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Experience managing budgets and controlling costs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must provide your own pickup truck and track mileage
- Ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. An annual bonus opportunity is also available.
