Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a Transportation Engineer 2 to serve as the Assistant Development Engineer in the Development Division. This position will report directly to the Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) Development Engineer/ProjectWise Administrator (TE4), that actively participates in the review, development, and implementation of CAE software applications such as OpenRoads, MicroStation, Concept Station, and ProjectWise used by WSDOT, other governmental agencies, and consulting engineering firms to design and deliver all WSDOT projects. The top candidate will assist the ProjectWise Administrator by creating new User profiles and Work Areas in ProjectWise. This position supports the agency mission by ensuring that drafting and design software and associated programs remain current, relevant, and adhere to industry standards.
