Our client, a manufacturing company that specializes in producing automotive seating components, is seeking a Plant Manager to join their team in Flemingsburg, KY. The ideal Manufacturing Plant Manager should have at least 3-5 years of experience in managing a complete plant, overseeing around 140-150 staff. They should be able to lead the plant team in implementing the manufacturing philosophy, policies, standards, and modes of operation formulated by the Executive Vice-President. The candidate should also possess knowledge of IATF-16949 and ISO-14001 Requirements and have experience in managing several different manufacturing positions.

Qualifications for the Manufacturing Plant Manager:

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in managing a complete plant with over 140 people
- Bachelor's degree or 8 years of managerial experience in manufacturing instead of degree
- Knowledge of IATF-16949 and ISO-14001 Requirements, Core Tools, P-PAP, APQP, and Customer Specific Requirements
- Experience in managing several different manufacturing positions
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to promote overall profit and growth objectives
- Knowledge of CMS and ADP

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
