Our client, a commercial construction firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join their team in Denver, CO. They specialize in corporate interiors, general commercial, healthcare, advanced industries, and public sector projects. They’re looking for someone who has experience with budgets up to $150 million that can eventually grow into a principal role within a few years.

The ideal Senior Construction Project Manager will have 10+ years of construction experience. They will create successful projects through process, schedule and project controls, and support the business development process with RFP and interview engagement. Qualifications for this Senior Construction Project Manager position include:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 10+ years of construction experience
- New building/core and shell as well as occupied renovation experience
- Experience with Corporate Interiors, Healthcare, Advanced Industries, Public Sector, and General Commercial projects
- Ability to manage other Jr. PM's and PM's under them
- Bluebeam and Procore experience

Salary: The salary range for this position is $125,000 - $250,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
