We are seeking a Civil Engineer (EIT) with 3+ years of experience to join an engineering firm in Crystal Lake IL. Our client is dedicated to providing professional consulting engineering, environmental, and surveying services to public agencies and private-sector clients in Illinois. They are a respected and established firm that values its employees' happiness and well-being.

The ideal Civil Engineer should have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university, passed the Fundamentals of Engineering exam or will be taking it within 6 months of hire, applied for or received an EIT license, and have a valid driver's license with a good driving record. Previous internship experience in civil engineering is a plus and excellent written and verbal communication skills are desired.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
- Applied for or received an EIT (Engineer in Training) license, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
- Must have experience with drainage
- Experience with public infrastructure and transportation projects is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
