Our client, a leading mechanical contractor that provides construction and service to commercial, industrial, and institutional clients, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated HVAC Service Manager to join their team in St. Louis. The ideal HVAC Service Manager will have a background in HVAC with a proven track record in developing and mentoring technicians, sales/business development, and acquiring new customers. The HVAC Service Manager will be responsible for writing proposals for new work and negotiating service contracts, as well as quoting repairs, ordering parts, ad coordinating with dispatch on service calls. They will oversee service technicians to ensure proper safety procedures are followed and assist with attracting and retaining technicians.

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year, commensurate with experience, with a 10% bonus opportunity.
