Summary:   The Staff Engineer will work closely with the Manager of Engineering as directed. This position requires the ability to draw proficiently in AutoCad (Version 14 or higher), be proficient in mathematical calculations involved in the development and review of storm water management plans, roadway design and construction, project cost estimation, design of solid waste collection or transfer sites, generate bid documents and manage construction projects including materials procurement, project invoicing and pay requests, and assist the various Departments as directed. Experience designing commercial office buildings, accessory structures, and small water or septic systems is also preferred.
