Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to join their team in Monmouth Beach, NJ. They are a General Contractor with a broad range of experience in residential, commercial, municipal, and places of worship projects. They specialize in structural concrete and building improvements for municipal projects in New Jersey.

The ideal Construction Project Manager should have strong documentation experience, and the ability to take a project over from bid and lead to completion. This includes subcontractor negotiations, submittals, pay apps, etc. This Construction Project Manager will work on projects such as schools, fire stations, bridges, libraries, and some commercial work.
