Our client, a global supplier of aluminum products, is seeking a highly skilled Extrusion Process Engineer to join their team in Cassopolis, MI. The ideal Extrusion Process Engineer must have a strong background in aluminum extrusion process and operations.

The Extrusion Process Engineer will be travelling to client sites to provide technical customer support, ensuring product quality and handling of claims and complaints. They will also support sales to increase volume and/or margins by proactive engagement of customers by identifying and providing solutions.

Salary: The salary for this position starts at $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: Our client offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes low cost medical, dental, and vision (up to 80% paid by company), 401k with a match up to 5% starting on day 1, 3 weeks PTO, generous bonus of around 15%, and all paid travel expenses.

This position may allow for remote work in between customer site visits.
