Performance Measure Manager (TPS5)Olympia, WA – Headquarters$78,900 – $106,152 Annually Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a Performance Measure Manager (TPS5) for the Maintenance Accountability Process (MAP). This position works directly for the Maintenance Policy Branch Manager, will supervise one direct report (TPS3) as well as 5 temporary project positions (TPS2). The MAP provides a means for communicating to key customers the impacts of policy and budget decisions on program service delivery. This position manages the priorities, targets, level of service delivery scores, field collection training and additional documentation for all work activities that comprises the delivery of the Maintenance Operations program. The top candidate will be responsible to know the technical needs required to deliver the highway maintenance program and communicate these needs for the purpose of budget development ($580 million), asset management planning, and performance measurement.
